Refreshing after a workout

After a good sweat, I drink it and feel my recovery comes quickly and I hydrate faster. Maybe because it tastes so good that I enjoy it and drink it fast. I don’t need the full scoop, just about 3/4 and it’s light and not too sweet.

If you also hate drink the protein just after your workout (too sweet. Makes me feel a bit sick) then this is perfect. Fresh, not too sweet.

Far from perfect

The nutritional values are impressive, however, the taste is not impressive at all (it is okay).
The ginger or some sort of 'peppery' taste is overpowering the pomegranate flavour which means that you will definitely taste more of the 'pepper' instead of the pomegranate. If Foodspring improves on the taste aspect, this product can be a 5-star product.

What is L-Glutamine and why is it important for your routine?

Will Recovery Aminos help prevent my muscles from feeling sore?

Aside from our BCAAs, you can also use heat treatments or light massages to prevent sore muscles.

Whey Shake or Recovery Aminos? Which is better?

Whey protein is your perfect everyday protein source. You can even drink a Whey Shake as a snack in between meals. However, if you want to step up your game and really push your workout to the limit, we recommend our Recovery Aminos right after you’re done with training for the day. And the Whey? You can continue to drink it whenever you usually would. But please remember to always drink plenty of water (min. 3 liters per day).
