Dosage & Preparation

Mix 30g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of powder with 300ml water or low-fat milk. Fill the shaker with liquid first, then add the Shape Shake powder and shake well for 20–30 seconds.

Marzipan Hot Chocolate

Nutritional values per 100g: 59 cal, 8g protein, 2g carbs, 2g fat
Per serving: 172 cal, 23g protein, 5g carbs, 5g fat

Ingredients:
50ml water
200ml unsweetened almond milk
10g unsweetened cocoa powder
30g Shape Shake Marzipan from foodspring
star anise
cinnamon stick
2 stevia drops for sweetening (optional)
Toppings as desired: Mini marshmallows, cacao nibs, etc.

Preparation:

Fill your shaker with water, almond milk, cocoa powder, and Shape Shake. Shake hard.
Put contents of shaker into a small pot and heat it slowly while stirring. For extra flavor, add cinnamon stick and star anise.
If the hot chocolate isn't sweet enough, add some Stevia Drops.
Serve with toppings as desired.

Cinnamon Stars

Nutritional values per 100g: 440 cal, 22g protein, 13g carbs, 33g fat
Per serving: 63 cal, 3g protein, 2g carbs, 5g fat

Ingredients:
2 egg whites (size L)
50g Shape Shake Cinnamon from foodspring
30g coconut blossom sugar
100g ground almonds
100g ground hazelnuts

Preparation:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add Shape Shake powder. Mix together.
Remove 2 heaped tablespoons from the beaten egg whites and put in the fridge to chill.
Add the remaining ingredients to the beaten egg whites and mix.
Tip: The dough should barely stick to the bowl. If it is too moist, add a little more of the ground nuts.
Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius (top/bottom heat).
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1cm and cut out about 25 cinnamon stars with a cookie cutter. Brush with the extra beaten egg whites you had previously set aside. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool on a grid.
