Recommended Use
Goji berries recommended intake

10 - 30 g (approx. 1 - 3 tbsp.) of goji berries contain your recommended daily dose of the vitamins that can be found in goji berries. For general health improvement and for a supplementary nutrient supply, 6 - 12 g of goji berries a day is sufficient. Simply add to your muesli, yoghurt or salad, as a topping for hot dishes or as a baking ingredient in bread and pancakes.

Chia Seeds

White chia seeds are very versatile and can be used as a topping on salads, hot dishes and for breakfast in muesli or yogurt. We recommend a healthy daily helping of about 15 to 30 g (1-2 tbsp.). You should not eat more than 30 g a day on a regular basis.

Mix Greens superfood recommended intake

Mix one heaped teaspoonful of our powder with a glass of lukewarm water every morning. Mix Greens superfood also tastes great in a green smoothie or a hot soup.

Mix Berries superfood recommended intake

Mix one heaped teaspoonful of our Mix Berries superfood with a glass of lukewarm water every morning. Have two to three glasses a day or use it to prepare a smoothie.
