Protein Is More Than Just a Muscle Builder
You probably know that downing a protein shake after training helps build new muscle as well as aid weight management. But that’s not all it can do. In general, protein is an important macronutrient and cornerstone of a healthy diet, supporting countless bodily functions and processes.
Protein plays a key role in hunger, blood pressure control, bone mass maintenance, and, yes, supporting brain function and neurotransmission. Having an ample supply of protein in your body can help your cells flourish, circulate oxygen more efficiently, and balance your hormones.

If your pancakes are not puffing up when cooking, it is likely because too much water has been added to your batter. If this happens you can add a little more mix and whisk again until well-aerated. Be sure to cook on medium heat and avoid pressing them to ensure they don’t deflate!
