Mix with water

1. For around 4 pancakes, take 80g pancake mix (approx. 8 tablespoons) and place in a bowl or shaker. Add 150ml cold water.

Mix until it forms a smooth batter.

2. Mix with a whisk or shake well in a shaker with a sieve until the batter is smooth.

Cook the pancakes

3. Ladle the batter into a greased, hot pan or pour straight from the shaker. We recommend using coconut oil instead of butter.

Enjoy your pancakes

4. As soon as the pancakes are golden on both sides, eat them hot with your favorite toppings.

Good texture but still from for improvement in the flavour

The best thing of the pancakes is that they are really easy to cook, they do not stick on the pan, but the flavour is quite plain you you will nee to add some mapple sirup or berries to go with it.

These tasted like egg and they stuck so badly that they were pretty much like scrambled egg even on my non stick pan! Waste of money - wish I could get a refund! If I could leave no stars I definitely would

Very lacklustre and do not cook at all as expected

I followed the cooking instructions on the tin (including greased pan with a bit of coconut oil), but unfortunately, every single pancake I tried to make got stuck to my non-stick cooking pan. They were very hard to flip and difficult to remove. Although the taste itself was not bad, they did not fluff up in texture at all. Every single pancake I got was very flat, torn from sticking to the pan, crunchy in the thinner spots and surprisingly dry. I spent more time cleaning the stuck pancake off my pan than eating the pancakes. I have made perfectly fluffy buttermilk pancakes from scratch in the past using the same pan, so I have no idea why this mix sticks to the pan the way it does. After I finish the tin, I will not purchase it again. I prefer to go back to making conventional buttermilk pancakes from scratch that are fluffy, moist and don't stick to my pan.

Really good, I struggled to make them on fry pan so I gave a try with a waffle maker and... this is absolutely beyond good. I also added some cinnamon to the mix and protein cream on top.
And now let me tell you something, the flavour is absolutely beyond top

A bit eggy

But really easy and delicious to make, it tastes like a fluffed up omelette, the protein content is off the chart though, really worth it.

I love the pancakes

I tried the pancake as a first time and are so amazing, delucious and light!

Ok ish

Beautiful pancakes on picture but taste isn’t there. Even with loads of toppings I wasn’t very happy with the taste and the texture..

Love it

Best pancakes ever. The only flaw is the package is too small

Iv heard so many good things about this product. I follow plenty of reality stars ( Louise Thompson specifically) & often posts about these pancakes. They always look delicious. Frequently Asked Questions
How have you managed to create a mix that makes perfect, fluffy pancakes every time?

Our nutritionists, food technicians, and athletes tested and retested the recipe until they found the formula for the perfect baking mix. Other protein recipes are often tough and dry, but our pancakes are really fluffy. This is because of our clever combination of gluten-free oat flour, whey, and milk protein from grass-fed milk plus egg protein from free-range hens.

How many pancakes can I make with one package?

Our pancakes are very different from crepes. They taste best when thick and golden. This gives you something to really sink your teeth into first thing in the morning. You'll get 16 thick Protein Pancakes from one package. If you like your pancakes thinner, you'll obviously get more.

Why are your Protein Pancakes so much better than regular baking mixes?

It’s simple: Other baking mixes have a ton of added sugar. We turned this formula on its head: 0% added sugar** and 60% protein. Just as delicious, and just as simple and quick to prepare.

Why can't I just make my pancakes out of whey protein?

You could, but our Protein Pancakes are more delicious. We've taken great care in choosing all our ingredients and testing our recipes so the pancakes you make with our baking mix will be as fluffy and soft as regular pancakes would be.

Just mix with water? How does that work?

It works! Our baking mix contains everything you need for perfect pancakes: gluten-free oat flour, milk protein, and egg protein. Wanna try something different? Try them with milk or your favorite milk alternative instead of water. Calorie count and nutritional values will change when prepared with a liquid other than water.
