Peanut butter brownies

Per slice (8 slices total): 171 kcal, 12g protein, 12g carbohydrates, 7g fat
- Here's what you'll need
- 1 packet of Protein Brownies mix
- 175ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 3tbsp foodspring Peanut Butter
- Optional: Peanuts and chopped dark chocolate
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Make the batter according to the instructions on the package. Pour into the baking pan and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes
- Allow to cool slightly, remove from the pan and garnish with peanut butter. You can also add nuts and / or chocolate if you want.

Ultimate Double Chocolate Brownies

- Here's what you'll need:
- 1 packet of Protein Brownie mix
- 175ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 2tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
- 2tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 55g foodspring Coconut Oil
- 70g agave syrup
- A pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1 handful of Nuts & Berries by foodspring
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Make the batter according to the instructions on the package. Pour into the baking pan and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes
- Allow to cool slightly, then remove from the pan.
- For the ganache, the coconut oil and mix with the other ingredients. Then pour over the brownies. Garnish with Nuts & Berries according to taste.
