    Instructions

      • Put the strawberries and chia seeds into a blender. Puree and pour into a glass.
      • Using the same blender jug, mix the milk, water, Whey Protein and banana. Blend into a creamy shake consistency.
      • Add the banana shake to the strawberry puree. Top with peanut butter if you like!
      • Enjoy!
