2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
some chives
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil by foodspring

Tip:

You can add crab or shrimps to the scrambled eggs for an extra protein kick.

Preparing the scrambled eggs with wholegrain bread

  • Beat the eggs in a glass and stir in the milk. Add salt and pepper.
  • Heat up your pan and melt some coconut oil.
  • Add the egg mixture to your preheated pan and fry a little bit.
  • Flip it using a spatula.
  • Toast your wholegrain bread.
  • Serve your eggs on a plate with some chives.
