45 butter
75 quark (between 20-40% fat content)
40 3k Protein Vanilla by foodspring
1 dash of live oil
add stevia to taste

Can you never decide between pancakes or waffles for Sunday breakfast? We have a recipe that works for both. 

Preparing the protein waffles

  • Melt your butter and let it cool a bit.
  • Mix the melted butter with the quark, eggs and protein powder.
  • Add a dash of oil. Flavour as desired with stevia.
  • Place enough of the batter into a waffle iron or frying pan to make one waffle and let it cook.
  • Enjoy with some fresh fruit or fruit purée.
