7 tbsp Protein Porridge von foodspring
120 ml hot water
1 banana
blueberries

Preparing the protein porridge

  • Pour your protein porridge into a bowl, fill with hot water and stir.
  • Cut the banana into slices and mix into the porridge. Garnish with blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon to finish.

Tip:

Blueberries, nuts or a bit of granola work great with this breakfast.
