Ingredients:

60 g Whey Protein Chocolate by foodspring
30 g reduced fat cocoa powder
30 g fine oatmeal
1 egg (size M)
65 ml almond milk
1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil by foodspring
3 tsp coconut sugar

Preparing the protein chocolate soufflé

  • Preheat the oven to 180C. While it heats, place all of the ingredients into a bowl and blend with a hand mixer until a creamy batter forms.
  • Grease two soufflé moulds (or fire-safe mugs) with the coconut oil and evenly distribute the mixture.
  • Bake the soufflés in the oven for approx. 10 minutes. Use a knife to separate the soufflés from the edges and flip them onto a plate.

Tip:

This chocolate soufflé goes really well with fresh or frozen fruit.
