Preparing the protein chocolate soufflé
- Preheat the oven to 180C. While it heats, place all of the ingredients into a bowl and blend with a hand mixer until a creamy batter forms.
- Grease two soufflé moulds (or fire-safe mugs) with the coconut oil and evenly distribute the mixture.
- Bake the soufflés in the oven for approx. 10 minutes. Use a knife to separate the soufflés from the edges and flip them onto a plate.
This chocolate soufflé goes really well with fresh or frozen fruit.
