Preparing the protein chocolate raw balls
- Add the whey protein, walnuts and cashews to your blender. Blend until you get a fine powder.
- Cut the dates into pieces and add to the mix, then blend and add some water if necessary.
- Then add your coconut oil and chia seeds, and blend again.
- Use your hands to form the dough into little balls and roll in the desiccated coconut.
Store the balls in the fridge and you will have a perfect snack all week long.
