Ingredients:

75 g dates
1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds by foodspring
30 g Whey Protein Chocolate by foodspring
50 g walnuts
50 g cashew nuts
10 g desiccated coconut
10 ml water
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil by foodspring

Preparing the protein chocolate raw balls

  • Add the whey protein, walnuts and cashews to your blender. Blend until you get a fine powder.
  • Cut the dates into pieces and add to the mix, then blend and add some water if necessary.
  • Then add your coconut oil and chia seeds, and blend again.
  • Use your hands to form the dough into little balls and roll in the desiccated coconut.

Store the balls in the fridge and you will have a perfect snack all week long.
