3 tbsp | Organic Peanut Butter by foodspring |
3 tbsp | unsweetened almond milk |
2 tbsp | dessicated coconut |
1/2 tbsp | organic vanilla sugar |
1/4 tbsp | cream of tartar baking powder |
pinch of salt |
Preparing the peanut butter cookies
- Mix the peanut butter and dessicated coconut in a bowl.
- Slowly add the salt, vanilla and baking powder.
- Mix in the almond milk until you get a creamy dough.
- Roll small dough balls and use a fork to flatten them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 175°C for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool.

Tip:
If you like fruity things, add 3 tbsp of dried cranberries to the dough. Tastes amazing!
