Ingredients:

13 g Organic Protein Chocolate by foodspring
5 g chocolate
17 g butter
10 g Organic Peanut Butter by foodspring
18 g low-fat cream cheese natural
5 g coarsely chopped walnuts
0,3 tsp tsp vanilla sugar
7 g stevia

Do you want to change up your usual protein shake after your workout? Why not try our new recipe for nut protein bars – no-baking involved. Super quick and really tasty!

Preparing the nut protein bars

  • Melt the butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and chocolate. Mix it all together, add the vanilla sugar and sweeten with stevia as desired.
  • Add in the chopped walnuts and egg whey protein powder of your choice, then work everything into a nice mixture. Knead well, so the protein powder distributes evenly throughout.
  • Roll it out to 1.5 cm thick and place it in the fridge to cool for a few hours.
  • Now cut it into bars, whatever size you like – and enjoy!
