Ingredients:

100 g peaches
100 g morello cherries
100 g low-fat quark
5 g vanilla sugar
50 g pumpernickel
10 g dark chocolate

Preparing the low-fat cherry peach tiramisu

  • First, wash halve and core the peaches, then cut them into cubes. Pour the morello cherries into a sieve, collecting the juice in a bowl. 
  • Mix the low-fat quark with some cherry juice and the vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  • Cut up your chocolate and crumble the pumpernickel. Mix them together and set aside. 
  • Layer the ingredients into two glasses. Start with the pumpernickel chocolate mixture, then the cherries and peaches, then the quark – repeat. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Decorate before serving.
