Ingredients:

4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp Whey Protein Vanilla by foodspring
1 tbsp sugar

Preparing the low-carb sponge mixture

  • Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff.
  • Blend the egg yolks with your sugar until foamy, mix in the rest of the ingredients and then fold into the egg whites
  • Line a round cake tin with baking paper and grease the sides.
  • Pour in the mixture and smooth it down.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 10 minutes, then let it cool.

This recipe is for an approx. 26 cm mould
