Preparing the green smoothie
- Put the spinach into a blender with 50 ml water and blend well.
- Then add your chopped apples and bananas.
- Next, add the linseed or coconut oil and 50 ml apple juice and blend well again.
- Add more water or apple juice depending on preference and consistency.
- Your nutritious shake is ready.
