Ingredients:

150 ml low-fat yoghurt
1 tbsp Whey Protein Vanilla by foodspring
1 tbsp Shape Shake by foodspring
30 g berries

Preparing the frozen yoghurt bites

  • Add 1 tbsp whey protein or Shape Shake to 150 ml low-fat yoghurt.
  • Add the fruit and purée into a creamy mixture.
  • Add to an ice cube tray and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
  • Dig in!
