25 g date paste
35 g nut butter
50 g Vegan Protein Vanilla by foodspring

Preparing the date protein bar

  • Melt the date paste (you can add a dash of water to make it smoother) and nut butter in a pot and mix it well.
  • Place your protein powder in a large bowl.
  • Add the mixture to the bowl with the powder and knead it all well. Simply add a tiny bit of water if it gets too dry.
  • Shape the dough into bars.
  • Melt the chocolate and cover the bars.
