Preparing the date protein bar
- Melt the date paste (you can add a dash of water to make it smoother) and nut butter in a pot and mix it well.
- Place your protein powder in a large bowl.
- Add the mixture to the bowl with the powder and knead it all well. Simply add a tiny bit of water if it gets too dry.
- Shape the dough into bars.
- Melt the chocolate and cover the bars.
