250 ml almond milk
soy milk
50 gr 50 g fresh berries
Stevia to taste
Recipe for a filling, gluten-free chia seed pudding. High in fibre, with plenty of polyunsaturated fats and essential amino acids. The perfect breakfast for a healthy start to the day!


Preparing the chia seed pudding

  • Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk. Stir occasionally.
  • Place in the fridge to cool for approx. 30 minutes, then serve with fresh fruit and enjoy.


It is best to leave in the fridge overnight and serve with fresh fruit in the morning.
