Ingredients:

500 ml coconut water
2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds by foodspring
1 mango (medium)
crushed ice

Preparing the chia, coconut and mango drink

  • Peel the mango, cut into thick pieces and purée in a blender.
  • Add coconut water, chia seeds and ice cream. Blend well.
  • Leave the drink to stand for approx. 10 minutes, so the chia seeds can soak.
