Preparing the Bounty protein bar
- Mix the dessicated coconut with the coconut oil, a little bit of sweetener and water, then shape into a bar.
- Place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Make a chocolate glaze using the cocoa powder, protein powder, a few drops of sweetener and a dash of water, then pour it over the bar.
- Put the bar back in the freezer for 1 hour so the chocolate glaze hardens.
