Ingredients:

2 banana(s)
50 g Whey Protein Natural by foodspring
50 g crushed almonds
2 egg(s)
200 g raspberries
100 ml milk
150 g low-fat quark
10 g cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder

Preparing the banana, raspberry protein muffins 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Mix all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl until a smooth batter is formed.
  • Half-fill the muffin casings with your batter.
  • Garnish the muffins with a couple of raspberries before putting them in the oven.
  • Bake the muffins at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Tip:

You can alternatively use blueberries or strawberries instead of raspberries.
