150 ml | low-fat milk |
30 g | low-fat fromage frais (or yogurt) |
1 tbsp | hemp seeds |
optional | blueberries for topping |
Preparation:

- Add oats, protein powder, milk, fromage frais and hemp seeds to a bowl or glas. Mix well.
- Let rest overnight in the fridge.
- Stir the overnight oats again before you eat them the next day. Top with blueberries and hemp seeds as desired.
