180 ml warm water
salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder to taste

Our tip

You can absolutely use any other kinds of seeds in your crackers - sesame seeds, pumpkin seed kernels, buckwheat, hemp seeds or pine nuts.

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Put the sunflower seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds in a large bowl. Season with herbs as desired.
  3. Add water and stir with a spoon until the mix turns into a thick, sticky dough.
  4. Spread the cracker dough onto a piece of parchment paper and press it flat with your hands. Lay a second piece of parchment paper on top and roll flat with a rolling pin.
  5. Bake the crackers for 30-35 minutes until they are crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool. Break into pieces. Serve with dip of your choice.
  6. Enjoy!

If you ask us, most of the crackers you find in the store aren't exactly great. They're made mostly of flour, cheap fats, and even sugar. We know it doesn't have to be that way! Our low-carb crackers bring in seeds, water, and a bunch of herbs. They're lovely, crispy, and taste great all by themselves. But they're even better with something spread on top, like guacamole, hummus or herbed soft cheese. Perfect for a healthy evening of binge watching!
