Ingredients:

2 tbsp low-fat quark
1 banana
100 g raspberries
water
1 tbsp oney
1 tbsp Organic Goji Berries by foodspring
1 tbsp grated coconut

Preparation

  • Add half of the banana and the berries to the quark and blend it into a purée with a dash of water.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Cut the rest of the banana into small slices and lay them out in a semi-circle on the smoothie.
  • Add the rest of the raspberries, goji berries and dessicated coconut on top. 
  • Drizzle the honey over the top of the smoothie bowl to finish.
  • Now you have a power breakfast!

 

Tip:

There really is no limit to what you can do: Garnish your smoothie bowl with chia seeds, roasted nuts  of your choice, dried fruits or even oatmeal for an even bigger energy boost – anything goes, if it tastes good!
