Preparation:
Instructions
- Put the pancake mix and water into a bowl and whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
- Peel and core the apples. Cut into rings about 1cm thick.
- Warm the coconut oil in the pan.
- Dip each apple ring into the batter, let excess batter drip for a moment, then cook both sides in the pan. If there's any extra batter left at the end, pour it into the pan and eat it as bonus pancakes.
- To make the vanilla sauce: Mix the Whey Protein with the milk until smooth.
- Serve the apple rings with the vanilla sauce.
