Is it possible to consume too much of the Endurance Drink?

Our Endurance Drink contains minerals. If you do sports and sweat a lot, you have a slightly higher mineral requirement than the average person. Nevertheless, minerals can be overdosed. Therefore, you should keep two things in mind. 1: Only drink our Endurance Drink in the direct context of training. 2: Stick to the recommended intake. The correct ratio of powder to water is important for the Endurance Drink to be truly isotonic.

Can I mix the powder with something other than water?

Best not to. We have designed the ingredients of our Endurance Drink to be isotonic. This means that the ratio of nutrients to liquid is the same as in human blood and can therefore be absorbed perfectly. If you mix our Endurance Drink with anything other than water, this ratio gets messed up. It also tastes best when mixed with water.

Do I have to drink all 500ml in one go?

No. If you drink 500ml at once, right before or during training, your stomach will feel like a whirlpool. It's important that you follow the recommended intake and drink 40g of Endurance Drink with 500ml of water. You can drink this 500ml in gradual sips.

Can I also drink it after sport?

Of course, you can also drink our Endurance Drink after your endurance training. However, we recommend that you drink it during your workout, as you need the fluids and important minerals while you're exercising. To switch back into power mode after training, we recommend our Recovery Aminos. They're perfectly adapted to the needs of your body after an intense workout.
