You love muesli, but traditional sugar-filled ones are not your thing? They aren’t ours either. That is why we have developed our delicious Protein Muesli. Completely vegan. Without added sugar. Organic. And incredibly tasty too! The amazing thing? Our unique de-oiled soy flakes in organic quality. 50% protein. And 90% less phytoestrogens than regular soy. So don’t be afraid of soy, boys.

Bread is delicious for breakfast. Our protein bread is even more delicious. Besides, it is also great for your fitness. We don’t use gluten, starch or synthetic binding agents. Instead, we prefer using a combination of free range chicken egg whites, high quality milk protein isolate and superfoods like flax seeds and ground almonds. The result is a wonderful crust, fluffy inside and 13 g of protein per serving.*

Our protein porridge is based on phytoestrogen-reduced organic soy from Lake Constance. The perfect start to the day. Hot or cold: Protein Porridge always tastes amazing. It also offers 3 times more protein than traditional porridge and is ready to eat in 3 minutes. The perfect fitness breakfast for those who love efficiency.

INGREDIENTS peanut butter
Use a spoon to stir the content of the tub thoroughly to evenly distribute the flakes, nuts and berries. Measure 60 g (approx. 6 tablespoons) and mix it with milk, a milk drink or juice.

DOSAGE & PREPARATION
PROTEIN PORRIDGE VANILLA
Peanut butter is perfect as a spread and for cooking, baking and enhancing various dishes. If you are trying to lose weight we recommend using peanut butter sparingly because of its relatively high fat content.
Add 1-2 tbsp. of peanut butter to your morning muesli or Protein Porridge or a post-workout protein shake for an added touch of creaminess. The combination of protein and healthy fats achieved by combining our peanut butter with our whey protein provides your body with the energy it needs for optimised regeneration.
- Add 230 ml water to the baking mixture and mix until you get an even dough.
- Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix it again.
- Place the dough on a prepared baking tray or into a greased baking form of your choice.
- Bake on the middle shelf at 175°C for approx. 40-50 minutes.
Note: The exact baking time may vary depending on your oven. Baking with convection heat may reduce the baking time to approx. 40 minutes.
Our Protein Bread is completely free of preservatives. We recommend to consume the freshly baked bread within 2 days.
The bread can also be stored in portions in the freezer and thawed as required.
Dosage & Preparation of the Peanut Butter
Shake tub well before use. Then mix 60 g (approx. 6 tablespoons) of porridge into 120 ml hot water, leave to steep for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
